What is classic Vintage Vinyl?
Classic vinyl music refers to iconic songs and albums from the 1950s, 1960s, 70s, and 80s that were originally released on vinyl records. These timeless works span genres like classic rock, soul, British Invasion, and Motown, and are celebrated for their warm analog sound, tangible album art, and nostalgic appeal — whether enjoyed on original pressings or modern reissues.
What is a 45? : A small , 7 - inch vinyl disc.
Why is it called a 45? : It plays at 45 revolutions per minute.
What is a 33 or better now as a LP? : An LP is typically a 12‑inch vinyl record playing at 33 1/3 RPM (revolutions per minute), designed to hold a full‑length album with around 20–30 minutes of music per side. The record uses narrower grooves and plays at a slower speed for greater audio accuracy than older formats. These are the standard “albums” you find in stores

Mark has allot of insight into allot of the artists and recordings. He is presently writing a book on 800 of the 45s in our inventory. We plan to launch our podcast featuring the history of specific 45s and how they became the music we played over and over.
The podcast will explore the vast realm of albums and artists, the inspiration and talent behind the music.
