As we are a custom shop and each product is handcrafted uniquely, unless the item you purchased is damaged, Purplemoon Marketplace does not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a defective item, please notify us with the product and problem details, along with a photo of the damage. Please then allow up to 3 business days for review of your issue. We will then reach back out to you with the next steps.
